Our trainings are planned in line with the needs of our departments and routinely;
On-the-job trainings,
Human Resources Orientation Trainings,
Quality Systems Trainings,
Occupational Health and Safety trainings are applied.
Our company’s working days are Monday – Friday, working hours are 08:00 / 18:00 and Saturday – Sunday are days off. Our lunch break is 1 hour. Our employees’ arrival and departure to the workplace is provided by a comprehensive service organization. Our company offers our employees the opportunity to have lunch.
Paid leaves are given to our employees for various situations (excuse, death, marriage, birth, etc.). Our annual paid leaves are implemented within the framework of the Labor Law.
Wage increases are made within the framework of the wage system we have established by taking into account the performance evaluation results and inflation values held once a year.
We offer internship opportunities in the summer and winter terms for our young talents who want to have a productive internship experience by seeing our company closely.
For high school internships; interns are accepted based on the quota determined at the beginning of the year for professional skills in accordance with Law No. 3308. Applications can be made between the months of “May-June” at ik@ozak-t.com.
For university internships; internship applications can be made between the months of January-May at ik@ozak-t.com. Our accepted intern candidates are placed in the relevant departments at appropriate intervals during the JUNE/JULY/AUGUST period. Candidates who are accepted/not accepted are informed about their return as of May.
We pay attention to the following criteria in our intern selections.
There must be an activity related to the subject of the internship in our company,
The departments must have intern needs,
The staff must have a first-degree relative or reference.

In addition to these, we usually organize short introductions and celebrations at the end of the month for our employees who started working that month and have a birthday in that month, and we have table football, table tennis, darts, etc. games in the hobby room within our company.
